NF HQE certification of the Ressons-sur-Matz phase 4

10 years ago, almost to the day, we obtained the NF HQE certification for the first phase of our logistics platform in Ressons-sur-Matz.

Today, we are proud to announce that Phase 4 is NF HQE Bâtiments tertiaires certified and that the entire site is now certified at the Exceptional level.

HQE™ certification is an international benchmark that aims to improve the environmental performance of buildings and ensure the comfort and health of users.

This recognition underscores our commitment to environmental protection:

• 53% savings in drinking water on sanitary water thanks to hydro- efficient systems
• 33 m³ rainwater recovery tank
• 44% energy savings in offices and 30% energy savings in warehouses thanks to a highly efficient envelope and systems
• 75% of construction waste recycled, reused or converted into energy
• Parking spaces for electric vehicles and charging stations as well as a bicycle shelter to encourage less carbon-intensive travel. We are proud of this achievement and will continue to work to maintain our commitment to sustainable development.
