We make sure that everything is done to ensure a successful integration into the company, in particular through a defined schedule allowing you to meet the different teams. A regular follow-up with managers and HR is also put in place. A sponsor is also assigned to you to guide your first steps in the company.
Each year, we allocate a budget to a training plan, allowing us to contribute to the development of our employees’ skills (business, personal development, languages, etc.). A training catalog and an annual development meeting with your manager encourage you to develop within the company.
