Our FM Logistic platform in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam, has been LEED Gold® certified, demonstrating our commitment to the environment.

Here are some remarkable actions that led to this certification:

• 7% savings in drinking water on domestic water thanks to water-efficient systems (for toilets, urinals, taps, etc.)
• 75 m3 rainwater recovery tank for toilets and watering green spaces, designed to withstand the local climate.
• Over 40% energy savings thanks to a high-performance envelope and high-efficiency systems*
• 100 kWp photovoltaic installation
• 79,8% of site waste recycled and only 2.3 kg of waste generated per m² built
• Reduced heat island effect thanks to white roof, grey concrete roads and green spaces
