Illescas platform in Spain certified LEED Gold®

Phases 4 and 5 of our FM Logistic platform in Illescas have been certified LEED Gold®, an evaluation system recognized as the international mark of excellence for sustainable buildings.

Here are our concrete actions:

• 54% savings in drinking water on domestic water thanks to water-efficient hydro systems (for toilets, urinals, taps, etc.)
• 83% energy savings thanks to a high-performance envelope, LED lighting, solar hot water heating and efficient heating, air conditioning and ventilation systems
• 87% of construction site waste recycled through 7 waste streams
• Extension of the existing photovoltaic power plant to 99 kWp for the entire site
• Choice of low-polluting materials promoting healthier indoor air
• Light pollution reduced thanks to the proper selection and location of outdoor light fixtures
• Life cycle analysis of the building to understand and reduce its impact, and implementation of low-carbon concrete pavement.
