At NG Concept, the energy performance of our logistics platforms does not rely solely on renewable energy. It starts at the design stage.

Our objective is simple: consume less, consume better.

This starts with reducing energy requirements, through reinforced insulation, responsible materials and light surfaces that limit the heat island effect.

We then install energy-efficient equipment, such as sensor-controlled LED lighting and heat pumps.

And to take things even further, we produce energy locally using photovoltaic panels, not forgetting other equally important issues such as reusing rainwater to supply certain equipment such as the sanitary facilities.

Every detail counts. And it’s precisely this requirement that drives us to innovate, to deliver logistics buildings that are integrated into their environment.
