Stage 2 of Hanoï site (Vietnam) LEED Gold® certified

Following our platform in Illescas, Spain, we are now heading to Hanoi, Vietnam, where phase 2 has also been certified LEED Gold®.

This certification reflects a number of strong technical and environmental choices, contributing to the construction of platforms that are sustainably integrated into their local areas.

– 45% savings on indoor water use thanks to water-efficient systems (for toilets, urinals, taps, etc.)

– 48% energy savings thanks to a high-performance envelope, no heating and a mechanical ventilation for a better comfort

– Renewable energy purchased for an equivalent of 53% of the building’s consumption for a 10-year length to promote low-carbon energy development

– Light pollution reduced thanks to the proper selection and location of outdoor light fixtures

– Only LED-lamps in the project, avoiding mercury content in the devices
87 % of site waste recycled

– Choice of low-polluting materials promoting healthier indoor air

– Heat island effect reduced thanks to a combination of light-colored roof and roads
