Stage 6 of Illescas site (Spain) LEED Gold® certified

A new milestone for our FM Logistic site in Illescas, Spain!

As with each of our projects, phase 6 at Illescas was guided by one ambition: to build a building that is environmentally friendly, efficient and sustainable.

Behind these 19,736 m² are concrete choices that make the difference:

– 54% drinking water savings thanks to water-saving systems (WCs, urinals, taps, etc.)

– 75% energy savings thanks to an efficient envelope, LED lighting, solar hot water heating and high-performance heating, air-conditioning and ventilation systems.

– 86% of site waste recycled with 6-stream sorting

– Low-pollutant materials for healthier indoor air

– Light pollution reduced by appropriate choice and location of exterior lighting fixtures

– A complete analysis of the building’s life cycle and implementation of a low-carbon concrete framework and paving.

Today, this requirement has been rewarded: phase 6 of Illescas has been awarded LEED Gold® certification.
