HVAC Works Engineer (M/F)
As a Works Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the fit-out and construction of new logistics projects, particularly in terms of climate control and fire protection.
Reporting to the Projects Director, your specific duties will include :
– Guaranteeing the progress and results of development operations or part of the construction of logistics platforms.
– Managing, steering/coordinating and monitoring your fit-out and works sites, with direct responsibility for the climate and fire protection packages (technical design, tendering, works supervision, commissioning and acceptance of works).
– Monitor the progress of works and check the quality of execution.
The position is based in Ile de France (or Orléans/Rouen or Grand Est) but can be adapted according to profile.
An induction and training programme will be provided within the first few weeks of joining the company. There is a possibility of promotion to works manager and then project manager.
Weekly travel will be required for this position.
Profile required:
With an engineering background (or equivalent to 5 years’ higher education), you will have successful experience in a similar role. You are rigorous, dynamic and able to work as part of a team.
You will be able to manage your own files and sites independently.
Knowledge of fire protection is required.
Knowledge of software such as Autocad and/or MS Project is a plus.
